Initiate Your Request
Contact our Guest Services team or visit one of our showrooms with your original sales receipt to begin the return or exchange authorization.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is in its original, showroom condition; please note that custom orders and final sale items are generally ineligible for return.
Schedule a Pickup
Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to inspect and collect the item from your residence, or you may drop off smaller decor pieces at our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once the item is inspected and processed at our facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
